Return & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • After 12 hours, cancellation is no longer possible (including pre-orders).

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, undamaged
  • Original tags + packaging are intact
  • Return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items with signs of wear, stains, or damage

Pre-Order Returns

Pre-order items follow the same policy as regular items.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • International duties/taxes are non-refundable

Refunds

Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
